The Whole Loaf is the closest thing you'll get to an all-in-one modern sixties band. The Loaf blends multiple genres together including psychedelic blues, jazz and funk to achieve their tasteful old school sound. They deliver high energy and passion at every show, and create a memorable experience with plenty of originals and well known covers - sometimes with a twist. The music of The Whole Loaf transports you to a different world, while continuing to make just about anyone groove.
Sean is a multi-instrumentalist from Billerica, MA that was driven to build the perfect band from the ground up. Devouring the entire catalog of a given artist is his specialty. In his spare time, he's probably still listening to music and grinding that organ. Or playing video games.
Kyle is a talented musician, recording engineer, and teacher from Townsend, MA. He always has an acoustic guitar with him and lives to create music with others. You'll probably find him climbing mountains, skiing, or singing a song by a river somewhere.
Charlie's love for music was just predetermined fate when his mom gave birth to him while listening to the 2001: A Space Odyssey theme song. Starting with the performance of a drum solo at his high school talent show, Charlie now provides the backbone beat for the Loaf.
Jack is a guitarist who loves his effects as much as life itself. He might not have a pedalboard, but his mess of cables and sounds is enough to grab your attention. If he's not jamming, he's probably listening to Dark Side of the Moon. Again.
Ryan is a constantly evolving bass player from Salem, NH. He takes major inspiration from players like Phil Lesh and Jack Casady. Totally absorbed by music, you can find him kicking around New England at shows, open mics, or at home listening to records.
